A little about us.

Food is meant to fit into life, not life around food. David, as a busy dad to Theo (5), and Lenny (3), understands that days are often messy, both figuratively and literally! Yet he wouldn’t have it any other way. A sustainable approach to eating is one that has flexibility to account for this- that’s why a “one solution fits all” approach usually fails.

At Diet For You we first gets to know you by asking questions about your goals, health needs, and unique life demands. This helps form the sustainable approach that is just right for YOU!

Meet Our Team

  • Founder, Accredited Dietitian & Nutritionist

David has helped thousands of people over 10 years of private practise. In 2012 he founded Diet For You. He has clinical experience having worked across a number of hospitals in Adelaide, and recently published his first book The Simple Eating Revolution.

David’s special interests include digestive health (fodmaps, food chemical sensitivities) and the mindset behind creating long-term successful change.

David is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. He graduated from Deakin University in 2009.

“Food gives us more than nutrients- it provides joy to so many of life’s special occasions!

For too many, food brings guilt and shame, not joy & satisfaction. My passion is helping people discover a healthier and happier relationship with food, because it simply makes life better!

Let’s sit down and talk about your needs and struggles (believe me, we all have them!), and work together to map out a way forward, to a future of good health!”
